Adams Concierge Auto Service LLC provides professional mobile auto repair and maintenance services to customers in the Wesley Chapel, Florida area and surrounding Pasco County communities. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Our technicians, led by Tim Adams, are experienced professional mechanics. Adams Concierge Auto Service LLC is an independent repair facility and is not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer or dealership. We are a TechNet Professional Auto Service member.

Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our technical capabilities or service area at our sole discretion.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Booking an Appointment

Appointments may be scheduled via our online scheduling form at conciergeauto.net or by calling us at 813.906.0742 during business hours (Monday โ€“ Saturday, 9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM). Submitting an online request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive a confirmation from our team.

Appointment Confirmation

Our team will contact you to confirm your appointment within normal business hours. Please ensure the contact information you provide is accurate and current. We are not responsible for missed confirmations due to incorrect contact details.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible โ€” ideally at least 24 hours in advance โ€” by calling 813.906.0742 or emailing info@conciergeauto.net. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to schedule future service for you.

Service Area

Free pick-up and delivery service is available within Wesley Chapel and the surrounding Pasco County area. Services outside this zone may require additional arrangements. Please contact us to confirm availability for your specific location before scheduling.

4. Estimates & Pricing

We are committed to transparent, honest pricing. Before any work is performed on your vehicle, we will provide you with a verbal or written estimate of the anticipated cost. Work will not begin until you have reviewed and approved the estimate.

Estimates provided are good-faith assessments based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if additional issues are discovered during service that could not reasonably be identified beforehand. In such cases, we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

Estimates or pricing information displayed on our website, social media, or other marketing materials are for general reference purposes only and do not constitute a binding quote. Actual pricing is determined on a per-vehicle, per-service basis after inspection.

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, card, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

5. Warranty

TechNet Professional Warranty

As a TechNet Professional Auto Service member, qualifying repairs performed by Adams Concierge Auto Service LLC are backed by the TechNet 24-month / 24,000-mile nationwide warranty. This warranty covers parts and labor on eligible repairs and is honored at participating TechNet locations across the United States โ€” providing you with peace of mind even when you travel.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adams Concierge Auto Service LLC and its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of use of your vehicle, loss of income, or other economic loss.

In the event of any claim arising from services rendered, our liability is expressly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, defects, or damage that were present before service was performed. We are also not responsible for damage caused by vehicle components that fail independently of any work we performed.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Florida law.

7. Customer Responsibilities

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Adams Concierge Auto website โ€” including but not limited to text, images, graphics, photographs, logos, brand marks, service descriptions, and the overall design and layout of the Site โ€” is the exclusive property of Adams Concierge Auto Service LLC and is protected by applicable United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
